Amanda said her vehicle was supposed to be ready on May 20th, but the due date was pushed back three times. She said the insurance company told her the vehicle sat there for a week while nothing was done during the month long repair. She said she did not have any communication with the business. All the communication was done through her insurance adjustor. The insurance adjustor went to the business to see what was causing the delay, but the business would never give him an explanation. The business called her and told her that the vehicle would finally be ready on Wednesday. When she arrived she had to wait 5 hours because there was a spot they left unpainted. She was not happy about it because she lives a long distance from the business. She chose this business because the tow truck driver told her it is the preferred business he brings vehicles to and he knew that the business was on the list for her insurance company. She would not recommend this business based on this experience.
