Jesse said the business provided great repairs, but at a very slow pace. He put in his claim on a Monday, and wasn't called until Wednesday. After that, he waited nine days before receiving another call about ordering wheels. In all, it took about three weeks to complete repairs. The business could've kept him informed better.
