Robert said the facility didn't meet the time frame for the repair. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because there is a paint bubble on the front next to the headlight. He has already called about the issue and he will take his vehicle back at another time. His vehicle was supposed to be ready in 3 days but it took a week and a half. He was told it was because there was a delay with the parts coming in and a delay with the insurance company. He was not adequately kept informed and he had to call them on the status of the vehicle.
