Patricia said she was told she would get her vehicle back in 2 weeks, but got it back in 2 months because a part was on back order. In the beginning of her experience with this business they did not keep her adequately informed, but at the end they did. They never called her after 2 weeks to let her know a part was on back order. Her husband had to call them for a status update. After her husband spoke with them they kept her informed with updates, but she was never told why a part was on back order. Patricia was satisfied with this business's communication. After she picked up her vehicle she experienced another problem. Her vehicle was overheating when she drove it home. When she called this business they instructed her not to drive the vehicle, and told her they would send a tow truck to pick it up. Her vehicle was ready in 2 days. When she picked up her vehicle the second time she pointed out minor cracks they hadn't repaired. She stated she thinks they missed the crack damage when she initially brought her vehicle to them for repairs. The person who helped her with everything told her he would fix the cracks because he wanted her to be satisfied. The people who work for this business have always been very nice to her, and the work they did was excellent.
