Spoke with Ralph. He said the work that was done was great. It was excellent. The communication was bad. He didn't appreciate the communication with the guy assigned to him. He received no feedback. There would be days that would go by he wouldn't hear from him. Ralph would have to call. The communication from this person has has brought down the reputation. He and his family have bought four vehicles in four and a half years. The affiliated service and sales departments excel. They are the best around. The communication with the person that handled his repair definitely needs improvement to bring it up in comparison with the rest.
