Spoke with Ricardo. He said this business took two weeks longer than promised to repair his vehicle. They told him they had dropped the bumper and damaged it so they had to repair it and repaint it. He was not kept informed so he contacted them and he went in person to see the status of the vehicle. He was satisfied with the way his vehicle looked afterwards.
