Mary said this business still has to do additional bodywork on her vehicle and chose not to elaborate. She was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because there is still some additional work to be done on her vehicle. She said she wishes they had taken the time to clean up the frame that they put on her vehicle. The work they did was fine but the quality of the part wasn't equivalent to hers. Her vehicle took 1-2 weeks longer than she expected due to a parts delay. The representative named Rusty was great because he worked with her and understood her concerns.
