Review for Lone Star Chevrolet Body Shop
Carry C. on 04/25/2011
Carry rated his experience a 2 because of the time it has taken to complete the repair. He said the part they did work on was fine but the ground effect part that they ordered has not come in yet and the entire passenger's side is still all scratched up and they told him they were not aware that this was to be repaired. He said they called him 3 times that the vehicle was ready and it wasn't. Then again they called him and the part they were waiting for was not even installed because it had not come in. He said the passenger's side window didn't roll down and had to be reprogrammed and when he picked the vehicle up, it was still not working and had to be reprogrammed all over again. He said the promised time was 19 days and it went over but doesn't remember how much. Carry said they never called him and never heard from anyone. He said he was not happy with the estimate because there was none done on the passenger's side and doesn't know how much this will be and also said there are 2 spots that need to be redone on the right side where the paint looks like it dripped and there's a bubble spot. He said they were nice but the person that worked with him is absent minded and needs to pay more attention to details and service and has neglected to do this. He said this has irritated him because he has gone back and forth several times and has wasted a lot of gas and is still waiting to be called for the part that still needs to be installed. He did say when they do get it right, they do an excellent job.
