Lewis said he was told the work was going to take a week, but it took two and a half months. They told him they kept finding additional damage. At the beginning he had to call them to get updates, but then he got a hold of Jonnie Smith, the general manager and Josh, the service manager and things turned around. They went out of their way to help him. They arranged for a loaner vehicle and they took care of all of the expenses. They were excellent. He said he hopes the person who did the original estimate got fired. His vehicle ended up with $20,000 worth of repairs and it should have been totaled.
