Samuel said the vehicle was taken in to have the lift gate fixed. He asked them to cover the vehicle but apparently they did not. When he got the vehicle home it had 3 inches of water in it. He took the vehicle back in and they worked really hard to get it cleaned up but it still has a bad smell. They did a great job overall and they handled everything professionally but he said he is upset about the smell.
