Mary Louise said they did not have her vehicle for long because the repairs only took a week. The affiliated sales department told her they would do the repairs in their area. She walked over and found that their area was closed. She went back and asked them what to do. They told her to go to this business. She walked over and found it was closed, too. She had to go back and ask them again what to do. At that time they told her the business hours. They should have known and told her. She said she is 78 years old and she was not happy about having to walk back and forth. It is not this business' fault, but someone should know about it. They helped her with the fine print. They returned her calls when she asked when the vehicle would be ready. They gave her the right information.
