Richard said due to some parts which needed to be ordered, he ended up making a couple of trips to this business. It's understandable to him, but it was also inconvenient. No promised time was given, but an agreement was made to pick up his vehicle and then to drop if off again due to the need of ordering some parts. He didn't elaborate on the type of parts.
