Jesse said the facility washed his vehicle with the trunk open and water got into his electronics and sound system speakers. The repairs also took a while, almost two months and he was originally quoted three weeks. The delay was due to a parts being delayed and additional damage being found. He had to call the facility most of the time for updates on the repairs. The facility is not very customer service oriented and they should try to update their customers more often. They did do a pretty good job on the body repairs but they should have cleaned out the dirt in the wheel wells.
