Spoke with Michael. He said his vehicle was delayed by three days due to parts being ordered. He said there was a lack of communication and a gap between contacting him directly. He said the estimate seemed off but it is mainly due to the insurance company because the value of his vehicle and the repairs did not seem to balance out. He would not recommend the business to others for the reasons mentioned. He had more of an issue with the time of service and not so much with the staff because he was very polite and apologetic.
