Tammy said that this repair took longer than promised and when they washed her vehicle it looked milky and smeared. Her vehicle was a few days later than promised for reasons that were not explained to her. She wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair proccess for reasons she is unsure of. She wasn't very satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate because they didn't go over everything and they didn't give her a price estimate until they were already getting ready to start the repairs. The business staff were not rude but she didn't feel they were very professional. She had very high expectations with them because she was referred by the dealership where she purchased this vehicle and she had such a good buying experience that she felt this business would have the same great service and professionalism. Because of this experience all together she would not recommend others go to this business.
