Bryan said he is not completely satisfied with his overall experience because he would have liked more interaction between the business, his adjuster and him. He was not given a promised time. He said they are not very informative and he was not kept adequately informed because he had to initiate contact with them. He said the receptionist was helpful but not his adjuster.
