Rodrick said he emailed them to find out when the vehicle was going to be ready and he never received a response. He was not told when the vehicle would be ready, but they called him to pick up the vehicle and he noticed that the paint was off and they had to redo it. The communication could have been better because they were still working on the vehicle after they called him to pick it up.
