Spoke with Adrian. He said the staff were great. When he picked up his vehicle there were a lot electrical issues and he had to take time to bring his vehicle back to this facility. He said they should not have released his vehicle to him without being sure that it was fully operational. He said his vehicle was not even legal to operate because the brake lights were not working. He specifically asked Rusty if he checked the rear windshield wiper when he came to pick his vehicle up and he was told that they had, but it was not functioning. The issues were fixed when he came back. He said Betty was fantastic. She was always happy just to talk to him. He said his sales consultant, Tony did a fantastic job. He was very professional and he did not pressure him at all. In the end everything worked out well.
