Hernan said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because it took the facility over a month to complete the repairs. The repairs were not done correctly the first time. There were dents in his vehicle and the paint work contained scratches when he got it back. The bumper was also not aligned properly. He tried contacting David, the manager of the collision department twice, to tell him about his dissatisfaction with the quality of the repairs. David called him back once and left a message, but he never heard back from him after that. Hernan then requested for the general manager of the business to call him personally in regard to this matter. The general manager never personally call him back or followed up with him. He is not certain why this is. He is very unhappy and dissatisfied with the way the general manager and the business as a whole handled this situation. He has been a loyal customer of this business for over 20 years. He has personally purchased at least 4 vehicles from the dealer over the years. He said he feels as if this business does not care about him as a loyal customer, or the quality of his repairs. He has a very big family. He and his family members, will never do business with them again after this experience. He is going to make sure of this. They lost a good customer.
