Juan said there was some confusion with the insurance company, sending paperwork and a lack of adequate communication. This business kept him completely informed and he appreciated that a lot. However, there was a lady at this business that would not answer the insurance company's calls, messages or send them the correct paperwork so he could get his vehicle released to him. His insurance company would call and leave messages for her regarding this paperwork and she would not contact them back in anyway. He was not satisfied with the communication because of the reason previously mentioned.
