Spoke with Darrell. Darrell said the staff he dealt with was open, flexible and no personal problems occurred. They wanted to make sure he was happy. He has no idea if 4 new tires and rims were put on his vehicle. A problem with a valve stem occurred on his passenger side rear tire, but he didn't elaborate.
