Julie said she was satisfied with this business' communication at first but that changed. She contacted this business multiple times and left messages and they did not contact her back. The email that was sent to get the status of her vehicle was not working so she had to drive into this business to get an update. They contacted another business to get the vehicle in for a recall but when they took the vehicle there, they did not have the parts they needed. The recall was not done so they have to take the vehicle back to them to get the recall done.
