Brian said the business did not communicate. He only got information when he showed up at the business in person. He said the repairs took two weeks longer that expected and the date of completion was pushed back five times but he did not elaborate as to why. His estimate was $1000 less than the final cost. He said that when he went to the business he was ignored entirely by one male employee. One female employee was very disrespectful and snappy to him. Due to this experience, he will not recommend them.
