Derek said everything was good overall, but the repairs took about a week longer than they had estimated because they were busy around the holidays. He stated that they were supposed to send him text messages during the repair process, but because he never received any messages, he had to call the business for updates on the repairs. He noted that he was not satisfied with their communication because he had to initiate the calls.
