Lori said she was happy with the work, but it took a long time. She was told her vehicle would be ready on this date and then another date. If it had not been for her calling the business, she would not know what was going on. She called to check on the progress, but no one except her representative would be able to answer, and he was not always available. She said she thinks the communication could be greatly improved upon. She would not recommend this business based on this experience.
