Spoke with William. He said that the whole process was pretty seamless, and the employees were all very courteous and polite. He added that the estimated time for the repairs was two weeks but the business had his vehicle for almost three weeks. There was really no reason given for the delay. He mentioned that when he brought the vehicle home he noticed that there was a rattle in the door so he brought it back to the facility and they took care of the issue.
