Spoke with Sarah. She said they were pleased with the end results. It took a month for the repair to get done. They called to see if the business could expedite the repair, because they were afraid the time would run out for the rental vehicle. There was a 3 week delay, because they were down to one technician. Also, there was a problem with the locking system.
