Ann said she had no customer service when it came to picking up the vehicle. If it was not for the driver that picked her up from home and to the dealership, she would not have gotten her vehicle. She had to go back to the business because there was a part missing, which was a rubber top piece on her windshield. She only saw her estimator at the beginning to see the estimate. She was not satisfied with the communication because she had to call them.
