Ramon said he rated this business a 2 on a scale of 1-5 because they had his vehicle for three weeks and kept changing the vehicle completion date due to additional damage. He mentioned that it was not a seamless job because if you looked at his vehicle from a certain angle, you can see the work that was performed. When he opened up the trunk to his vehicle, the interior panel was just sitting there and was not screwed in. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because he had to keep calling for updates. Ramon also did not deal with the estimate stuff so he does not know if he was satisfied with the person that prepared his estimate. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because of how long they took to work on his vehicle. He was not completely satisfied with the communication because of the above reasons. Ramon would not recommend this business for service because of what he already stated.
