Melissa said her vehicle was a little bit late because the insurance company was way off with their estimate. She chose not to elaborate on the length of the delay. She said Scott Weaks did an outstanding job, he was very honest, and the work was done in a timely manner. She said she's going to be bringing a couple of other vehicles in for repairs.
