Trinette said she is not satisfied with the quality of the repair because there is still a spot above the bumper and right below the emblam that needs to be painted. Also she mentioned that she was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because she had to call in to find out the status of her vehicle. Lastly she said there was no estimate done on her vehicle.
