Joy said the personnel at this business were very nice, helpful and did a good job. She is dissatisfied with the back windshield. It is inferior to what she had prior to the repair. There is distortion when she looks through the back windshield and she does not like that. She has called the business, but has not received a call back. She did not talk to the person preparing the estimate.
