Trong said he would have liked if they'd kept in touch better because he had to call them several times to find out if it was ready. It was 2 days later than promised and he wasn't sure why as no reason was given, but he commented they were really backed up and he couldn't schedule his repair until the week after the week he came in. Because he had to call he wasn't kept adequately informed, nor was he satisfied with communication.
