Spoke with Maria. Maria said she would only rate her overall experience with a 4 because it took 6 weeks to get her vehicle back. Therefore, her vehicle was not ready when promised. They told her there was a paint problem and the vehicle was in paint and that is why it took 6 weeks to get the vehicle back.
