Howard said everything turned out exactly as they told him it would. The vehicle looks just beautiful. The computer kept him updated about the progress and they sent him text messages and emails. He had purchased the vehicle in 2002 from their affiliated dealership and this business repaired the vehicle in 2007, so he went back again.
