Melissa said this business was great. It was ready when promised and it took just an extra day because bugs flew into the paint. They noticed it, they called her, they buffed it out and they made it perfect. Melissa really appreciated that because she had to point out flaws on a previous experience with another place. These guys were awesome because they figured it out on their own and took care of it. She got calls keeping her informed, but she really appreciated the email updates because she can't always get to her phone. The people were so nice. Melissa bought her vehicle from Lute Riley Honda and she wanted this business to take care of it so she could trust them. She didn't want to say anything bad about this business, and she'll absolutely recommend them, but one area they could improve would be if they could take the vehicle to the repair facility. She had her vehicle in for service but she had to come back the next day to bring it to Lute Riley Honda Body Shop. To go above and beyond, it would have been really nice if they had had a rental for her at the dealership and taken the vehicle over for her.
