James said they were prompt. They did an excellent job. They walked him through the repairs every step of the way. His vehicle looks even a little better than before he brought it in. He said the vehicle was ready two weeks late and the delay was probably because of parts issues. He chose this business because he has received good customer service from one of their affiliates down the road. He was absolutely satisfied with the way they treated him.
