Spoke with Wasim. Wasim said they did a pretty good job, however the rental car lady at the front desk was rude. She was not amiable and cooperative. He made it clear to her that he needed a large vehicle to seat eight people, but when he asked for the large vehicle she just said no without even checking to see if there was one available. Also, his vehicle was not ready when promised. It was a couple of days late and they did not say why. He was not kept informed. They did not call and update him. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because the rental vehicle lady was not cooperative or helpful.
