Robert said the service was fine but he still has an outstanding issue with the business he rented his vehicle from. The rental vehicle was covered by the insurance company for 6 days but the repair service was extended 2 - 3 extra days due to the paint work that still needed to be done. Robert was told by the insurance company that it would not be an issue to extend the rental service for 1 more day and they would cover the extra day, but instead they charged him for the extra day. He does not hold this business responsible for this issue, but said Enterprise and this business are established in the same building. He is currently corresponding with Enterprise to resolve this issue.
