Cleve said he has not found any defects in the repair of the vehicle. There was no firm promised time given for the vehicle to be completed due to having to locate the parts. The estimate was prepared by the insurance company and he was not involved with the process. He was kept informed all during the repair by the estimator even though he is located out of state.
