Jay said they were nice and they gave him an estimated date of when his vehicle would be ready. They were not able to deliver the vehicle on the date given because they were waiting for the parts and they weren't sure how long it was going to be. They were good about keeping him informed. They provided an online website which he was able to keep track of his vehicle every step of the way. His vehicle was clean on the inside and it had no cigarette smell.
