Tommy said the representatives at this business did a wonderful job on the paint work but there was one part they did not need to paint which is now chipped. It has some nicks and scratches in the paint, which were not there before. He said he feels the representatives should have painted his entire vehicle not just the top of it. He was told his vehicle would be complete in 7 work days but it took an additional day. He was not given a reason for the delay. He said he was not kept adequately informed because he did not receive any phone calls about the status of his vehicle. Although he was satisfied with the communication it would have been better if he had received a phone call to let him know it would be later than the original time given.
