Elliot said he received a call saying his vehicle was ready for pick up on Monday but when he showed up he was informed it was not ready after all. He had to come back the next day to pick it up and it turns out it was ready but just not at the right location for pick up. It was not a big deal. The repairs were not actually finished within the 10 day time frame he was originally promised. It was more like 14 days and he was not given a reason for the delay. He did not ask for the reason for the delay. Shaun McCall was very helpful and did a good job on his vehicle.
