Ann said she had some difficulty getting her repair scheduled due to poor communication between the sales and service department. She bought a used vehicle that needed paint work done, which was agreed upon when she purchased it. She had no estimate, but was under the impression that both the bumper and roof were to be painted but only the roof was done. It took two months for her vehicle to be painted. Due to these difficulties with the service at this business she would not recommend this facility to others.
