Stephen said he took his vehicle into this business on a Tuesday. They told him they would be finished at the end of the following week. He telephoned them on Thursday but the employee who he was working with had to attend a funeral. He could not get any information about when his vehicle would be ready. He telephoned them the next day but was still unable to be told anything. They telephoned him on Monday to let him know his vehicle would be ready at the end of the day. He would have preferred to have been told a set finish date instead of telephoning them trying to follow up. He had a rental and wanted to know if he would have his vehicle for the weekend so if not he could make other plans.
