Rocio said she was not satisfied this time. The staff member who helped her, did not return her calls. They did not keep her informed about the delivery time of her vehicle, so the rental agency called her about the rental she had not turned back in. When she picked up her vehicle, the back of the seat was loose and the plastic seals around the door were damaged. Todd was a lifesaver.
