Sakhve said the repairs took longer than they were supposed to and the work was not done properly so now he has to go back. He was originally told the job would take one or two days but the facility had his vehicle for almost a week due to the holidays. The top coat of paint on the bumper needs to be buffed out because the staff did not check it before giving his vehicle back. Now he is going to be inconvenienced by having to take it back in. The facility called him during the repairs but he also had to call them for status updates and to make sure things kept moving.
