Traci said this business made her experience easy. She was kept up to date with what was going on, they did good work, they told her the process of the work they would perform and they covered everything. There were additional parts which needed to be ordered and they got everything going. She really liked Dean, the employee she worked with. They worked off of another estimate but she chose not to elaborate any further. There was an issue with the rental car process getting messed up but she thinks this was the fault of Enterprise. She uses the affiliated service department and she has been happy with them so she figured they would do good work.
