Sarah said she took her vehicle to be repaired on November 19th and she just got it back last Friday. She was told they had to order metal for underneath the vehicle and they had to wait for parts. There were a lot of different reasons she was given for the vehicle not being ready on time. She did have to call a few times herself. Other than that, Todd always takes very good care of her. She really appreciates all his help.
