Harold said it took 3 trips to this facility to complete the repair and this was a big inconvenience. It took them a week and a half to get the parts in. He asked for a courtesy ride and no one seemed interested in giving him one. The quality of repair was fine but the light under the driver's side door is not working. He was not called about the status of the repairs.
